IF Sylvia secured a comfortable 3-1 victory over Örebro Syrianska IF at Platinumcars Arena in the Ettan Norra 2020 series on Saturday afternoon. The home team got off to a strong start and took the lead when Marwan Baze struck a fine shot in the 28th minute. A strong performance from the away team in the 45th minute resulted in a penalty, which was unfortunately missed by Linus Lamu, whose attempt was stopped by an impressive save from IF Sylvia's goalkeeper.

Sylvia extended their lead further in the 43rd minute when Adam Egnell scored the second goal for the home team. However, Syrianska responded quickly and pulled one back early in the second half, as Linus Lamu redeemed himself by scoring his first goal of the match. Yet, it wasn't enough, and the home team regained their two-goal cushion when Robin Frej found the net in the 63rd minute.

Örebro Syrianska IF struggled to get back into the match but faced a significant setback when Dildar Caliskan was sent off in the 67th minute. Despite this, the away team continued to fight but couldn't create enough chances to threaten IF Sylvia's lead.
