MATCH REPORT:
IFK Haninge welcomed Assyriska FF at Torvalla IP in a match where both teams desperately needed points to climb the table. Right from the start of the match, it was IFK Haninge who showed they were the stronger side, taking the lead in the 17th minute through Eminn Ghozzi.
Just two minutes later, they extended their lead when Kofi Fosuhene Asare made it 2-0. Assyriska FF tried to get back into the match and managed to reduce the deficit through Gabriel Aphrem in the 37th minute.
In the second half, things became dramatic as Alessandro Zavan from Assyriska FF was sent off in the 53rd minute, further diminishing their chances of a comeback. Despite several substitutions and attempts from Assyriska FF to apply pressure, they were unable to equalize.
In the 90th minute, IFK Haninge sealed the match with a penalty goal from Dragan Kabic, and the game ended 3-1 in favor of the home team. A much-needed victory for IFK Haninge, who are now climbing the table, while Assyriska FF continues to struggle at the bottom.
