Team TG FF - Sandvikens IF (0 - 2)
Match in Ettan Norra 2022
Match start: 2022-08-27 at 16:00
Venue: Umeå Energi Arena SOL
Attendance: 69

It was a Saturday afternoon at Umeå Energi Arena SOL that Team TG FF received visiting Sandvikens IF in a match in Ettan Norra. In front of the sparse crowd of 69 people, it was the teams themselves who had to provide the entertainment on the pitch.

The match started evenly and it took until the 32nd minute before Sandviken could take the lead through a fine action by Danilo Al-Saed. He received the ball from the left wing and lifted it over a standing goalkeeper and into the net. An excellent goal that put the visiting Sandviken in an advantageous position.

Team TG FF tried to respond quickly but their attack was fruitless and instead Sandviken were able to extend their lead just before the half time break. Once again it was Danilo Al-Saed who scored the goal, when he passed his defender and hit the rebound that he himself picked up in the net. Team TG FF had a lot to think about when they went to the break.

The second half started with a better game from the home team, who now focused more on the offensive. They substituted Per Boltegård Blom and Martynas Poderis to achieve that but without much impact. Sandviken still had control of the match and had found good rhythms.

In the middle of the second half, Sandviken made a double change and swapped in Jimmy Hansson and Isak Bråholm, which strengthened their defense and helped to handle Team TG FF's attack. Per Boltegård Blom of Team TG FF then picked up a caution in the 64th minute after being tackled so his desperate attempt to make something happen in the match was negated.

Team TG FF tried again to find gaps behind Sandviken's defense through substitutions with Elis Karlsson and Patrik Brunner, but without deflecting Sandviken's goalkeeper. Sandviken controlled the game and could even substitute Kofi Fosuhene Asare and Mohammed Sadat Abubakari in the 76th minute, which showed their stable strength.

The match ended in the end with a perfectly fair victory for Sandvikens IF with 0-2 and the three points from this away match would help them move closer to the top of the league. Team TG FF had something to build on for the next match. Referee Odai Alwani, who refereed the match together with assistant referees Henoc Ekanga and Johan Nyström, was very pleased with the way the match was played out on the pitch and is said to have had a good Sunday.
