It was an exciting match between IF Sylvia and IFK Stocksund at Platinumcars Arena. Despite IF Sylvia sitting in 13th place in the table and IFK Stocksund at the bottom, it turned out to be a fairly even match.
IFK Stocksund were the team that showed the most initiative and they set the pace of the game. Lukas Sunesson gave Stocksund the lead after 31 minutes of play with a well-placed shot into the visitors' goal. Just four minutes later, it was time for Stocksund to celebrate again. Ömür Pektas shot, and Pontus Tillmar from IF Sylvia accidentally headed the ball into his own net. The score was 0-2 in favor of Stocksund after 35 minutes.
IF Sylvia did not give up hope and continued to try to create quality chances. Not long after the second goal, they finally got on the scoreboard thanks to Pontus Tillmar. He made up for his earlier mistake by heading in a nice pass from Aleksandar Azizovic. Stocksund's lead was now only 1-2.
In the second half, IF Sylvia continued to chase the equalizer, and it was a tough and intense match. Pontus Tillmar received a yellow card, but the substitutions made by IF Sylvia, bringing in Elvis Lindkvist and Daniel Hanna, unfortunately did not yield the desired result.
IFK Stocksund also had substitutions planned, and with fifteen minutes left, Marcus Norrman replaced Noel Wågberg. Following this, two more players were substituted for Stocksund. IF Sylvia also made two substitutions, with Ali Kachmar and Abdul Aziz coming on, while Amer Ibrahimovic and Aleksandar Azizovic left the pitch.
At the end of the match, Nicolaus Elfström from IFK Stocksund received a yellow card, but Stocksund managed to withstand IF Sylvia's pressure and secured an important away victory. IF Sylvia will need to continue working hard to climb the table. The final score was 1-2 in favor of IFK Stocksund.
