FK Karlskrona managed to secure an important away victory against Motala AIF FK at Idrottsparken. The match started at a high tempo, with both teams building their attacks through fine passes. After 33 minutes, FK Karlskrona's Jonas Lantto received a yellow card for a tough challenge. Shortly after that, Motala AIF FK made a good counterattack, and Benjamin Tannus was able to score the opening goal, making it 1-0 in the match.

Motala AIF FK continued to fight, but they could not come back. Valon Silka was substituted for Alem Nezirevic and Almin Masic for Ivan Rako, but it did not help. FK Karlskrona maintained their lead and won the match 3-1. Neither team scored further goals, and the match concluded in the 90+1 minute after two substitutions from FK Karlskrona: Filip Dobrila Kangeman was substituted in for Jerry Schylström and Oliwer Waltersson for Simon Hansson. Referee George Jansizian and his assistant referees Cavit Kinali and Anel Begovic had full control of the match and did a great job. The match was witnessed by 50 people at the arena.
