It was a sunny Saturday afternoon when Qviding FIF faced Torns IF at Valhalla 1 Artificial Turf in front of an empty stand. Referee Fredrik Alknäs was joined by assistant referees Roni Mezo and Michael Kostrzewa as the match kicked off at 1:00 PM.
Qviding FIF started strong and in the 18th minute they had a chance to show it when Joel Hjalmar headed in a goal, putting Qviding FIF in the lead. However, Torns IF would not sit back and watch as Qviding took control of the match.
It wasn't until the 43rd minute that Torns IF had a chance to equalize through Amin Al-Hamawi. Torns IF continued to pressure and when the referee blew the whistle for halftime, they had managed to level the game to 1-1.
The second half began with two yellow cards for Qviding FIF, first for Leonardo Farah Shahin in the 45th minute and then for Noa Bernhardtz in the 48th minute. Torns IF capitalized on the situation and took the lead in the 53rd minute with the help of the 150-centimeter tall Noah Christoffersson.
Qviding FIF brought in Arvin Shojaee in the 63rd minute in hopes of changing the course of the match, but it was Torns IF who continued to apply pressure. They increased their lead to 3-1 when Qviding FIF scored an own goal in the 76th minute.
Qviding FIF fought hard to catch up, but Torns IF were simply too strong. With just six minutes left to play, Torns IF made substitutions, bringing in Joakim Engström and Casper Burehed, and in the 90th minute, they had yet another chance to extend their lead when Ted Sandberg received a yellow card.
Torns IF finished the match in the best possible way by scoring one final goal through Amin Al-Hamawi, who thus became the match's standout player with two goals and one assist. After the final whistle, it was clear: Qviding FIF had lost to Torns IF with a score of 1-4. The standings after the match were as follows: Qviding FIF in 14th place and Torns IF in 9th place.
