GAIS won a hard-fought match against Ängelholms FF at Gamla Ullevi on Sunday afternoon.

Ängelholms FF started strong and took the lead after just eleven minutes through Henrik Johansson. However, GAIS took control of the match and equalized through Julius Lindberg after 23 minutes.

At halftime, Ängelholms FF substituted Anton Hallbäck for Marcus Eriksson to create more counter-attack opportunities. GAIS responded by replacing Viktor Alexandersson and Ben Morris with Astax Henriksson and Mervan Celik.
