On a sunny Saturday afternoon, Oskarshamn AIK faced Ahlafors IF at Arena Oskarshamn in front of just over 170 spectators. Ivan Prgomet officiated the match alongside Henrik Svensson and Zilhad Zigovic as assistant referees.
The match started evenly, but it was the home team that took the lead in the 21st minute through Edvin Crona. There followed a turbulent period with bookings and several substitutions before Emil Karlsson made it 4-1 for the home team after rounding the goalkeeper. Oskarshamn continued to dominate, and Edvin Crona scored his second goal of the match with a fine solo effort, setting the final score at 5-1.
The match featured a high tempo and good football, but it was Oskarshamn that was the stronger team and deserved the win. Ahlafors, however, can leave with their heads held high after a valiant effort.
