It was an exciting match between Vasalunds IF and IFK Gävle at Skytteholms IP 1 in front of a small crowd of only 57 spectators. The referee, Sara Wiinikka, officiated the match with the assistance of Cecilia Ekwall and Fredrik Hallenberg.
Just 2 minutes into the game, Vasalunds IF took the lead with a goal from Karin Sandbrink, and the team continued to press during the first half. Gävle received a warning for Mikaela Sundlöv in the 16th minute, followed quickly by a warning for Vasalunds' Megan Brakes in the 52nd minute.
In the 59th minute, Vasalunds extended their lead with another goal from Karin Sandbrink, putting pressure on IFK Gävle to respond. Gävle made a substitution in the 60th minute, while Vasalunds brought in Elin Hein in the 65th minute.
