A well-placed shot rolled in behind the goalkeeper, and suddenly the match was open again. At the 45-minute mark, Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC also scored a goal to take the lead. This time, it was Rebecka Blomqvist who scored with a header.
In the second half, both teams fought hard, but neither side was able to find the back of the net again. FC Rosengård tried to inject new energy by substituting Anja Mittag and Iva Landeka for Ebba Wieder and Hailie Jenae Mace, but it made no difference. The away team also received a penalty chance through Vilde Böe Risa, but the Rosengård goalkeeper made the save.
