Kungsbacka continued to fight back and reduced the deficit through Lina Gerhardsson in the 60th minute with an assist from Ida Pettersson. Ida Strömblad then made a crucial equalizer for Kungsbacka in the 75th minute with an assist from Klara Rybrink. But Signe Holt Andersen would give Växjö the lead again with her second goal of the evening in the 76th minute.
However, the match was not over yet; Kungsbacka equalized once more through Mimmi Asperot with an assist from Ida Pettersson in the 88th minute, and the match ultimately ended in a 5-5 draw.
