At halftime, IK Uppsala Fotboll opted to make three substitutions in an attempt to ignite their offense, but it did not lead to any changes on the field. Instead, Eskilstuna extended their lead to 0-3 with a goal from Felicia Rogic (her second goal of the day and 8th of the season).

The frustration of IK Uppsala Fotboll became increasingly evident on the field, resulting in a yellow card for Ingrid Wixner in the 59th minute. Eskilstuna responded with a yellow card for Emelie Lundberg in the 70th minute.

With about 20 minutes left to play, Eskilstuna's coach decided to make two substitutions, resulting in another goal from Felicia Rogic (her third of the day and 9th of the season) in the 77th minute.

However, IK Uppsala Fotboll managed to reduce the deficit with goals from Marika Bergman Lundin in the 84th minute and Beata Olsson in stoppage time, but it was too late to have any significant impact on the match. The game ended 2-4 in favor of Eskilstuna United DFF.
