FC Rosengård continues its impressive form in this year's OBOS Damallsvenskan with yet another victory when they faced Växjö at Malmö IP on Thursday evening. It was a match that was never really exciting given how convincingly FC Rosengård played from start to finish.

Already after two minutes, FC Rosengård took the lead with an impressive goal from one of their strongest players this season, number 22 Olivia Schough. Eight minutes later, Anna Anvegård scored, putting FC Rosengård two goals ahead of Växjö. Ena Mujdzic from Växjö received a yellow card in the 18th minute for a tough tackle.

In the 39th minute, Nathalie Björn made it 3-0 for FC Rosengård after a pass from Schough. In the second half, FC Rosengård continued to dominate, and in the 52nd minute, Caroline Seger scored, with another assist from Schough. Växjö substituted Mimmi Strömgren in the 51st minute in an attempt to improve their game.

In the 70th minute, both teams made several substitutions, but it did not affect FC Rosengård's dominance. Stefanie Sanders scored in the 90th minute with a header, cementing FC Rosengård's triumph at 5-0.

The match referee, Sandra Österberg, was very satisfied with the match, noting that FC Rosengård was clearly the better team throughout.
