It was an exciting match in the OBOS Damallsvenskan between Linköping FC and Hammarby. The match was played at Linköping Arena in front of a crowd of 907 people. The referee for the evening was Ulrica Löv, assisted by Simon Butros and Leonora Heimdahl.
Before the match, Linköping FC was in an impressive third place in the standings, while Hammarby was in twelfth.
Already in the eighth minute, Linköping took the lead through Amalie Jørgensen Vangsgaard, who scored her third goal of the season. The assist came from Alva Selerud, who would also provide the assist for the next goal. Just two minutes later, Jørgensen Vangsgaard doubled the lead to 2-0.
At halftime, Hammarby made a substitution to try to turn the match around. Elsa Karlsson came on in place of Ellen Wangerheim.
In the 64th minute, Jørgensen Vangsgaard struck again, scoring her third goal of the evening and fifth of the season. This meant Linköping had a comfortable lead of 3-0.
