Match report:

It was a windy Saturday afternoon at Malmö IP as FC Rosengård took on Hammarby in an OBOS Damallsvenskan match in front of a crowd of 2950. Lovisa Johansson was the head referee and was assisted by Almira Spahic and Jilan Taher.

The match started with high intensity and it took only nine minutes before Olivia Holdt from FC Rosengård put the first ball in the net and took the lead with 1-0. Hammarby were not satisfied with that and continued to press, resulting in a caution for Julia Roddar in minute 19.

In minute 25 there was silence in the stands when Hammarby's Ellen Wangerheim scored the goal that equalized the score to 1-1. Smilla Vallotto from Hammarby received a caution in minute 44 and shortly afterwards Sofie Bruun Bredgaard from the home team was penalized by the referee with a caution for a violent attack.

Just before the half-time break, Eva Nyström from Hammarby scored a header to give her team a 2-1 lead. At half-time FC Rosengård substituted Rebecca Knaak and replaced her with Gudrun Arnardottir.

In the second half we saw an incredible performance from Ellen Wangerheim, who scored her second goal of the game in minute 51 and gave Hammarby a 3-1 lead. FC Rosengård tried to respond and made three changes in minute 62, with Ria Noora Minerva Öling, Caroline Seger and Mai Kadowaki all entering the field.

But it was Hammarby who continued to dominate the match with Ellen Wangerheim scoring her third goal in minute 72, which gave her a hat trick, and took the lead to 4-1. Madelen Janogy of Hammarby scored the final header in minute 75 and increased the lead further to 5-1.

In minute 80 Hammarby substituted Vilde Hasund, and in minute 83 FC Rosengård substituted Hanna Andersson, replacing Jo-Anne Agbor Tataw Cronquist. Julia Roddar from Hammarby received a caution in minute 86, followed by a sending off from the same player.

The match ended with a convincing victory for Hammarby, who had dominated the game and scored 5 goals against FC Rosengård's 1. It was a tough match that showed a strong effort from Hammarby.
