The match between Sils IF and Linköping Kenty DFF started at Sils home ground at Silbohof D-plan in front of a crowd of 190 people. The referee for the day was Mari-Louise Svanström with assistance from Joakim Åkesson and Niklas Haglund.
Already after 10 minutes, the visiting team, Linköping Kenty DFF, took the lead through a nice goal scored by Erika Petersson. Sils IF tried to fight back but it was Linköping Kenty DFF who continued to dominate the match. After 37 minutes, Jessy Sharro extended the lead to 0-2 and just three minutes later, Emma Ekman made 0-3 for Linköping Kenty DFF.
Before the half-time break, Jessy Sharro scored her second goal of the day to make it 0-4 to the visiting team. Sils IF tried to put an end to the negative trend and made a change at the end of the first half, where Lisa Johansson left the field for Sofia Emanuelsson.
At the beginning of the second half, Sils IF made another change, where Lisa Edman came in instead of Julia Appelberg. Despite Sils IF's attempts to get back into the game, it was Linköping Kenty DFF who continued to dominate.
In the 65th minute, however, Carin Nordmark managed to reduce for Sils IF and the result was 1-4. Sils IF continued to fight but could not turn the match around and Linköping Kenty DFF could hold off until the end.
Despite the struggled attempt by Sils IF, it was a 1-4 loss in favor of Linköping Kenty DFF. After the match, Sils IF substituted Caroline Olsson for Frida Öberg in the hope of changing the result, but it was not enough. Linköping Kenty DFF was able to leave the field with three important points in the baggage.
