It was an exciting and intense match at Vittsjö IP when Vittsjö GIK faced Östers IF in Söderettan. In front of a crowd of 784, it was the home team that took the lead after just five minutes of play when Carolyn Blank scored.

After a well-played first half in which both teams created several chances, it was Vittsjö GIK that extended their lead in the second half. In the 90th minute, Sofie Persson scored the 2-0 goal with a well-placed shot.

There were several yellow cards in the match, with players from both Vittsjö GIK and Östers IF receiving warnings. Östers IF also made a couple of substitutions in an attempt to get back into the game, but Vittsjö GIK held them off and secured the victory.
