Landskrona IP was packed when Landskrona BoIS hosted IK Brage on Monday evening in the eighth round of Superettan. It was to be a hard-fought match filled with emotions and intense duels.

IK Brage took the lead after just 12 minutes when Johan Eklund produced a fine finish following a great pass from Vyacheslav Jevtushenko. Landskrona seemed shocked but managed to equalize just eight minutes later. Amethyst Bradley Ralani struck and sent the ball into the net after a nice assist from Alban Shipshani.

After that, IK Brage received two yellow cards, first to Johan Persson and then to Robbin Sellin. However, Landskrona could not take advantage of the numerical superiority, and the match remained balanced across the field.

In the second half, both teams brought in new players to try to find the winning goal. But it was IK Brage that took the lead again, this time through Niklas Forslund after a great through ball from Johan Eklund.

Landskrona desperately tried to equalize, but it didn’t work out, and instead, Jesper Carlsson was cautioned for IK Brage.

The match ended 1-2 to IK Brage, who secured three important points to take home to Borlänge. Landskrona, on the other hand, continues to struggle at the bottom of the table.
