It was an important match for both IF Brommapojkarna and Ljungskile SK when they met at Grimsta IP on Saturday afternoon. Both teams were in the middle of the table but had the opportunity to advance a few places if the results went their way. The match started fairly evenly, but it was the home team that took the lead in the 25th minute through Pablo Piñones-Arce. Ljungskile tried to respond, but it was instead IF Brommapojkarna that increased their lead with the same player, Piñones-Arce, scoring his second goal of the match in the 35th minute, after an assist from Andreas Eriksson.
After the halftime break, the match continued to be even, but it was Ljungskile that found the back of the net a few minutes after the start of the second half. Erik Nilsson reduced the score to 2-1 in the 60th minute. Despite several attempts from both teams, it wasn't until the 81st minute that IF Brommapojkarna could once again extend their lead. Serge-Junior Martinsson Ngouali scored the goal after an assist from Joakim Lindner.
Ljungskile desperately tried to reduce the deficit again but couldn't get the ball in the net. Instead, Tobias Mikaelsson received a yellow card in the 90th minute. The match ended with a score of 3-1 in favor of IF Brommapojkarna.
IF Brommapojkarna finished in 6th place in the table while Ljungskile SK ended up in 8th place after this season.
