In an exciting Superettan match, Landskrona BoIS faced off against Östers IF at Landskrona IP E-plan artificial turf on Sunday. In front of an audience of 2,567, it was Östers IF who came out on top, winning 2-1.

The match started intensely with several hard tackles, and just 15 minutes in, Östers IF's Mario Vasilj received a warning from referee Lars Olsson. However, it was Östers IF who broke the deadlock on the scoreboard when Denis Velic scored a well-placed goal in the 20th minute, assisted by Jonas Hellgren.

Landskrona BoIS tried to find their way back into the match and made a substitution in the 22nd minute, with Mathias Unkuri replacing Fredrik Olsson. But it was an eventful first half, where Vasilj, after receiving two quick bookings, had to leave the field in the 39th minute.

Östers IF went into halftime with a 1-0 lead and made a substitution during the break, bringing on Elmin Nurkic for Jonas Hellgren. In the 52nd minute, Östers IF increased their lead to 2-0 when Nurkic scored, assisted by Stefan Karlsson.

Landskrona BoIS fought to get back into the match and made a substitution in the 50th minute, with Amethyst Bradley Ralani replacing Alexander Zaim. Östers IF made two late substitutions in the 73rd and 85th minutes, with Andreas Wihlborg being replaced by Fredrik Lundgren, and then Wihlborg coming back on to replace Alexander Henningsson.

In the final minutes of the match, Landskrona BoIS had a glimmer of hope when Mathias Unkuri scored in the 89th minute, assisted by Linus Olsson. However, it was not enough to make a comeback, and Östers IF secured an important away victory with a score of 2-1. The match was officiated by referee Lars Olsson, assisted by Magnus Vallerius and Anders Böwing.
