"Påskbergsvallen was packed when Varbergs BoIS FC faced Ljungskile SK in an exciting Superettan match. The home team took the lead early, just two minutes into play, when Jonatan Berg kept a clean sheet and scored to make it 1-0. Ljungskile SK tried to equalize, but it was the home team that extended their lead to 2-0 in the 22nd minute. Patrik Larsson scored the goal with an assist from Gabriel Altemark Vanneryr.
Ljungskile SK refused to give up and managed to score in the 26th minute through Tobias Mikaelsson, reducing the score to 2-1. The rest of the first half was evenly matched, with both teams creating chances, but neither Varbergs BoIS FC nor Ljungskile SK could find the back of the net again before the break.
In the second half, both teams continued to fight hard. Varbergs BoIS FC substituted Pierre Tillman in the 59th minute, while Ljungskile SK replaced Bruno Santos da Silva with Sonny Karlsson in the 65th minute. Varbergs BoIS FC continued to dominate the match, and in the 82nd minute, they scored their third goal after an own goal from Ljungskile SK.
