It was a lovely Sunday afternoon at Söderstadion when Hammarby faced Örebro in the Superettan. With an attendance of 9,535 people, the atmosphere in the stands was at its peak. Referee Lars Olsson and his assistants Albert Andersson and Conny Hugman officiated the match.

The game started rather uneventfully, and it wasn’t until the 17th minute that the first booking occurred, with Örebro’s Tobias Nilsson receiving the card. Two minutes later, Hammarby received their first warning after Monday James brought down an opponent.

In the 26th minute, the match saw its first goal. Hammarby’s Erik Sundin put the ball in the net after a fine pass from Christoffer Carlsson. The audience pounded their chests and cheered in the stands.

Hammarby continued their fine form, and in the 43rd minute, William Schuler made a run down the right flank and scored after a great assist from Adis Husidic. A really beautiful goal that sent the home crowd into ecstasy.

Örebro tried to regain control of the match, but Hammarby held strong, and it wasn’t until the 78th minute that Örebro managed to reduce the deficit. Alhassan A Haestad Kamara scored after a nice pass from Magnus Wikström.

Örebro’s goal came too late, and the match ended 2-1 in favor of Hammarby. Hammarby delivered some great football, and the atmosphere in the stands was something truly special. A wonderful afternoon at Söderstadion came to an end.
