It was an exciting match at Stora Valla between Degerfors IF and IK Brage in the Superettan on Saturday afternoon. The crowd was present and eager to see their favorite teams in action. Referee Per Melin and his assistant referees, Pär Lindström and Patrik Klintberg, were also ready to officiate the match.

The match started with intense pressure from both teams, but it was Degerfors IF who took the lead just two minutes in. Marcus Astvald received the ball from Niklas Klingberg and scored. IK Brage attempted to make a comeback, and Dragan Kapcevic equalized in the 25th minute. However, Patrik Anttonen put Degerfors IF back in the lead in the 33rd minute after an assist from Tobias Solberg.

Niklas Klingberg scored his own goal in the 37th minute, and Chris Cleaver and his team celebrated while IK Brage received three yellow cards during the game: Martin Rosell, Johan Persson, and Niklas Sandberg.

Andreas Holmberg was substituted for Degerfors IF in the first half, with Pontus Jakobsson coming on.

During the second half of the match, Degerfors IF continued to apply pressure, and IK Brage received another yellow card when Dulee Johnson was booked in the 65th minute. Emil Hedsén came into play for Degerfors IF, while Stefan Lindmark was substituted in for IK Brage. Johan Persson was also substituted for IK Brage, replaced by Adam Persson.

Marcus Astvald scored his second goal of the match in the 82nd minute, giving Degerfors IF a 4-1 lead. IK Brage did not give up and scored their second goal of the match in the 84th minute when Dragan Kapcevic netted his second, assisted by Ryan James Gilligan.

Degerfors IF finished the match strongly by substituting out Marcus Astvald and bringing in Andreas Haglund. Degerfors IF received a yellow card at the end of the match when Erik Nilsson was booked in the 89th minute.

Degerfors IF won the match with a score of 4-2 against the hard-fighting IK Brage.
