Hammarby won an important match against IK Brage in the Superettan at Tele2 Arena with a score of 2-0. Many eyes were on Kennedy Bakircioglu, who was making his comeback after an injury that had kept him out for several matches. Hammarby started strong and had the first dangerous chance when Andreas Haddad was one-on-one in the 10th minute, but his shot went wide.

IK Brage also had some chances, but Niklas Gunnarsson in goal for Hammarby stood firm and prevented any goals. In the 20th minute, it was Dulee Johnson from IK Brage who received a warning for a harsh tackle attempt.

Hammarby continued to create chances and substituted Christophe Lallet for Nicklas Lindqvist in the 69th minute. However, Erik Figueroa received a red card in the 72nd minute after a rough foul, marking the second time in the match that a player had to leave the field.

Hammarby brought on Michael Timisela in the 74th minute for Andreas Haddad. Hammarby kept creating chances and substituted Robin Tranberg for Ledgerwood in the 81st minute. IK Brage made a final effort in search of a consolation goal, but Hammarby’s defense kept them at bay.

In the 90th minute, it was once again IK Brage who received a warning, this time for Oscar Andersson. But just a minute later, Bakircioglu sealed the final score with his goal, making it 2-0 for Hammarby. After that, Oluwatobiloba Joseph also received a warning during stoppage time.

Thus, the match ended with Hammarby as the winners with a score of 2-0. It was a solid victory for the team in front of 11,879 spectators at Tele2 Arena.
