Half an hour into the second half, Degerfors IF made a substitution, bringing Erik Nilsson on for Lawal Adebowale Ismail. Syrianska FC substituted Isa Demir for Success Chimankpa Nwosu in the 67th minute, while Degerfors IF made another substitution, bringing Jonas Bohlin on for August Strömberg.

Dinko Felic was substituted for Gerlem William De Jesus Almeida in the 74th minute for Syrianska FC. Alexander Michel Melki was brought in for Charbel Georges in the 77th minute.

Peter Samuelsson scored for Degerfors IF, reducing the score to 2-1 in the 86th minute with a header. Patrik Anttonen received a yellow card in the first minute of stoppage time, and Daniel Sundgren received one in the eighth minute of stoppage time.

In the end, Syrianska FC managed to secure the win with a penalty goal from Gerlem William De Jesus Almeida in the seventh minute of stoppage time, thus winning the match 3-1.
