Hammarby took a convincing victory at home against Östers IF after controlling the match from start to finish. The first half began with a high tempo from Hammarby, and just 11 minutes in, Amadaiya Rennie scored his first goal for the club following a nice pass from Pablo Piñones-Arce.

Hammarby continued to push forward and created several chances, before Lars Mendonca Fuhre doubled the lead to 2-0 with an assist from Kennedy Bakircioglu in the 23rd minute. Östers IF tried to get back into the match but struggled to create any dangerous chances on their own.

In the second half, Hammarby maintained their momentum and took the initiative from Östers IF, leading to Lars Mendonca Fuhre's second goal of the match after another fine pass from Pablo Piñones-Arce in the 59th minute. After this, the game was essentially over as Hammarby controlled the match effortlessly.

Eventually, Östers IF attempted to bring in Alhaji Gero in the 64th minute to create scoring opportunities, but to no significant effect. Hammarby made their final substitutions in the 79th and 87th minutes, aiming to secure their lead and maintain the match tempo, which they succeeded in.

The match ended 3-0 in favor of Hammarby. A well-played match and solid defense from Hammarby, who now climbs to second place in the league table while Östers IF drops to sixth place. A pleasant Sunday evening at Tele2 Arena for Hammarby supporters and a less enjoyable evening for Östers IF.
