It was an exciting match in the Superettan between Syrianska FC and GIF Sundsvall on Monday evening at Södertälje Fotbollsarena in front of an audience of 1977. Referee Patrik Eriksson officiated the game alongside assistant referees Albert Andersson and Christian Andersson.

The match started evenly with both teams fighting to take the lead. However, it was Syrianska FC that took the lead in the 26th minute when 23-year-old Dinko Felic scored the opening goal, assisted by Gabriel Somi. Both teams continued to press but failed to find the back of the net again.

In the second half, Sundsvall applied more pressure, and it didn't take long before they equalized when Sebastian Rajalakso scored to make it 1-1 after 57 minutes of play. Syrianska FC struggled for a second goal but missed passes and shots.

In the 65th minute, GIF Sundsvall substituted Simon Helg for Adam Chennoufi to boost their attack. Both teams fought hard, and there was a tense atmosphere on the field. Syrianska made a substitution when Sharbel Touma replaced Nikola Grubjesic in the 74th minute. GIF Sundsvall also made a substitution when Leo Englund came on for Pa Amat Dibba in the 78th minute.

Syrianska FC made another substitution when Durim Berisha replaced Charbel Georges in the 86th minute, but it wasn't enough to turn the match around. GIF Sundsvall continued to push, and in the 89th minute, they made a substitution when Daniel Sliper replaced goalscorer Sebastian Rajalakso. And that was exactly what Sundsvall needed, for in the 90th minute, Daniel Sliper scored the winning goal to make it 2-1, assisted by Marcus Danielson.

The final result was therefore 1-2 in favor of GIF Sundsvall, but it was a match where both teams fought hard and gave everything to win. Syrianska FC will have to regroup and plan for their next match, while GIF Sundsvall celebrated their victory on the way home.
