It was a rather uneventful match played at Gamla Ullevi between GAIS and Ljungskile SK. The match ended 0-0, which did not surprise anyone when the final whistle blew, giving both teams a point each.

Ljungskile SK, currently in a sluggish period, chose to make two substitutions in the first half. This gave the team a bit of a boost and they created a few half-chances but couldn't get the ball into the GAIS goal. GAIS, looking livelier than Ljungskile SK, opted to play conservatively and try to counterattack, but without result.

In the second half, there was more intensity and GAIS brought on two players to kickstart their attacking play. This had some effect, but the Ljungskile SK defense held up against the pressure. GAIS received a yellow card as well as Ljungskile SK’s substitute Hampus Andersson.

With about a quarter of the second half remaining, Ljungskile SK decided to make a change, substituting Ahmed El Amrani for Petter Björlund. GAIS brought in Petrit Zhubi and Adam Eriksson to strengthen their offensive play, but this did not result in any goals.

Ljungskile SK received a yellow card with around 20 minutes left in the match, and GAIS replaced Patrik Ingelsten with Linus Tornblad to inject more pace into their attack. Ljungskile SK made a final substitution when they replaced Admir Bajrovic with Linus Dahl.

The match ended 0-0, which was a fair result as neither team impressed in attack. The referee, Nermin Cisic, had no major situations to handle, and the match flowed without any significant incidents.
