Assyriska FF hosted Östersunds FK in an exciting match at Södertälje Football Arena in Superettan. The match started with high intensity, and already in the second minute, Assyriska took the lead with a goal from Mattias Genc, assisted by Gustavo Ezequiel Blanco Leschuk. Assyriska continued to apply pressure, and in the 22nd minute, Fredrik Holster scored to make it 2-0. Östersund tried to find their rhythm, and Brwa Hekmat Nouri received a yellow card in the 31st minute.

At the beginning of the second half, Alex Dyer scored for Östersund, assisted by Michael Junior Omoh, reducing the deficit to 2-1. But Assyriska responded quickly, and Alexander Nilsson found the net, assisted by Christopher Brandeborn, making it 3-1 in the 59th minute. A couple of minutes later, in the 69th minute, Christopher Brandeborn increased the lead to 4-1, with an assist from Gustavo Ezequiel Blanco Leschuk. Östersund's Dragan Kapcevic scored in the 89th minute, but it was not enough. The match ended 4-2 in favor of Assyriska FF. Referee Robert Daradic maintained good control of the match, and the crowd of 1,340 witnessed an exciting game between two strong teams in Superettan.
