Frej Täby turned the game around and won 2-1 after being behind against Assyriska FF at Täby IP today. The match started well for Frej Täby, but the first half was hampered by many incorrect offsides called by referee Per Melin. Assyriska FF took control of the match after half an hour, and Mattias Genc scored 1-0 with a fine pass from Aziz Corr Nyang in the 63rd minute. But Frej Täby fought back. Philip Ellis managed to equalize just two minutes after the goal, and then Oke Akpoveta was fouled in the penalty area, and Oke himself scored 2-1, via a penalty kick, in the 71st minute. Assyriska FF tried to hold on, but it resulted in nothing for the away team. Instead, it was Frej Täby who secured three important points at the bottom of the table.
