IK Sirius FK defeated Åtvidabergs FF 3-0 at Kopparvallen in Superettan on Sunday afternoon in front of an audience of 1873 spectators. It was a tight first half where both teams had their chances, but it was IK Sirius FK who took the lead after 31 minutes through Ian Sirelius, assisted by Kingsley Kofi Sarfo. Åtvidabergs FF received two important yellow cards in the 33rd minute for Shkodran Maholli, and IK Sirius FK for Oscar Pehrsson. The second half started with intense competition from both teams, but it was IK Sirius FK who managed to extend their lead after 63 minutes with a goal from Alexander Nilsson, again assisted by Kingsley Kofi Sarfo. Åtvidabergs FF tried to apply pressure but could not create any dangerous goal-scoring opportunities. IK Sirius FK, on the other hand, continued to be threatening in attack, and after 76 minutes, Ante Björkebaum scored their third goal, assisted once again by Kingsley Kofi Sarfo. Åtvidabergs FF made two substitutions in the 66th and 72nd minutes, bringing on Simon Alexandersson for Simon Helg and Marijan Cosic for Joakim Juhlin.
