It was an exciting match between Ljungskile SK and Dalkurd that took place at Skarsjövallen in the Superettan. In front of an audience of 1,331, both teams executed their game plan and tried to perform well. Ljungskile took the lead early in the match when Linus Tornblad scored for Ljungskile in the second minute. Dalkurd then attempted to equalize but struggled significantly to penetrate Ljungskile's defense.

In the 28th minute, Ljungskile substituted Tim Nilsen with Admir Bajrovic, and both teams pressed on to score more goals. Dalkurd received a warning in the 31st minute when Heradi Rashidi picked up a yellow card.
