Åtvidabergs FF and Trelleborgs FF met on Saturday afternoon at Kopparvallen in front of a crowd of 2048 spectators. Referee Johan Krantz and his assistants Niklas Alfredsson and Johan Thalin were in charge during the match.
The match had a rather dull start, but after 24 minutes, Jon Birkfeldt from Åtvidabergs FF received a yellow card. The score remained goalless until the halftime break.
The second half started with a bang for Åtvidabergs FF as Shkodran Maholli netted an important goal in the 46th minute, assisted by Simon Helg. Towards the end of the match, Åtvidabergs FF tried to strengthen their defense by substituting Shkodran Maholli for Fredrik Alm in the 80th minute. Trelleborgs FF also made a substitution, bringing in Ali Jasim for Roger Thompson in the 83rd minute. Åtvidabergs FF further substituted Marijan Cosic for Jonathan Asp in the 84th minute.
