Degerfors IF secured their first victory of the season today as they defeated Halmstad 1-0 away from home. The match took place at Örjans Vall and attracted a crowd of 4,023 spectators.

Already in the 23rd minute, the visiting team received a warning when Hampus Zackrisson received a yellow card. Shortly after, Halmstad also received a warning when Mak Lind was cautioned in the 26th minute.
