Match Report:

It was an exciting and goal-filled match at Skarsjövallen as Ljungskile SK hosted Degerfors IF in the Superettan. The crowd of 935 witnessed both teams deliver entertaining football on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Degerfors IF took the lead already in the first minute of the match through Govand Haidar, assisted by Shpëtim Hasani. Degerfors continued to apply pressure and extended their lead to 2-0 with another goal from Haidar in the fifth minute.

However, Ljungskile SK showed their fighting spirit and managed to reduce the deficit to 2-1 through Allan Mohideen in the fourteenth minute, assisted by Linus Tornblad. Just two minutes later, Admir Bajrovic equalized to 2-2 for the home team, assisted by Jakob Olsson.

But Degerfors responded quickly, regaining the lead in the 31st minute with a goal from Shpëtim Hasani, who headed the ball in after a nice assist from Amor Layouni. Before halftime, Christoffer Wiktorsson extended the lead to 4-2 with a beautiful free-kick goal in the 39th minute.

In the second half, Ljungskile SK attempted to get back into the match with several substitutions and offensive pressure, but Degerfors IF held firm and managed to control the game. The match concluded with several warnings, but no additional goals were scored, and Degerfors secured a 4-2 victory away from home.

Referee Adnan Jukic kept good control of the match and at times had his hands full managing situations and substitutions. Both teams provided an entertaining match that ended with an important victory for Degerfors IF.
