Dalkurd defeated Helsingborgs IF with a resounding 5-0 in a disappointing loss for the away team. The match kicked off at Borlänge Energi Arena on Sunday afternoon in front of an audience of 2,270 people, who managed to endure the snowstorm.

The game began with good play from both teams, but it was the home team Dalkurd that first went ahead and scored 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. The scorer was Rawez Lawan, who received an assist from teammate Ahmed Awad.

Helsingborgs IF tried to respond to the goal but instead received a warning after 29 minutes when Oke Akpoveta made a relatively hard tackle. In the 49th minute, the team suffered another blow when Alexander Achinioti Jönsson was sent off.

Helsingborgs IF substituted Martin Christensen for Anton Wede in the 52nd minute and Jesper Lange for Monday Samuel in the 58th minute. Edwin Gyimah of Helsingborgs IF received a warning in the 60th minute.

Dalkurd continued to press on, and in the 71st minute, Helsingborgs IF substituted Akpoveta for Alex Timossi Andersson. But it was of no help to the away team, as they conceded three more goals from Dalkurd. Richard Yarsuvat scored Dalkurd's second goal after 74 minutes, and Ahmed Awad netted a third goal following a nice assist from Heradi Rashidi in the 81st minute.

Mohamed Bangura, who recently returned to Dalkurd from Sierra Leone, completed a fine collaboration with Awad in the 84th minute to score Dalkurd's fourth goal. Awad was recognized for his excellent playing style during the match and was substituted for Yukiya Sugita in the 84th minute. Kujtim Bala took over Robin Tranberg's position in the 86th minute.

Ammar Ahmed scored Dalkurd's fifth and final goal of the day after 90 minutes of play, and the match ended 5-0 in favor of Dalkurd. The referee was Nermin Cisic, assisted by Julian Poulsen Sosefo and Niklas Alfredsson.
