Dalkurd faced IK Frej Täby in an exciting match at Borlänge Energi Arena in front of an audience of 790 spectators. The referee Gylfi Tryggvason from Iceland wielded control with assistance from Edvard Hojgaard and Pär Lindström.
The match began intensely, and already in the 18th minute, Dalkurd took the lead through Richard Yarsuvat, assisted by Heradi Rashidi. IK Frej Täby responded quickly, however, and in the 32nd minute, they equalized through Dida Rashidi, assisted by Nsima Peter.
In the 53rd minute, Dalkurd once again increased their lead when Richard Yarsuvat scored his second goal of the day. Dalkurd's Heradi Rashidi and Kebba Ceesay received yellow cards shortly thereafter.
IK Frej Täby, however, did not give up, and in the 59th minute, they equalized again, this time through Joakim Runnemo from a penalty kick. But Dalkurd's Richard Yarsuvat had other plans and completed his hat trick just a minute later, assisted by Kujtim Bala.
The match continued with several yellow cards and a couple of player substitutions before the referee blew the final whistle. Dalkurd emerged victorious against IK Frej Täby with a score of 3-2, thus securing three important points in Superettan.
