Trelleborgs FF won 2-0 against Syrianska FC after an intense match at Södertälje Football Arena on Sunday. The match appeared to be able to go either way during the first half, but it was Trelleborgs that came out on top.

Trelleborgs FF was the first to receive a warning after 16 minutes, when Dino Islamovic was cautioned for a rough tackle. Just a minute later, Syrianska FC’s Mattias Liljestrand was also cautioned for a similar situation.

After 17 minutes of play, Syrianska FC made their first substitution when Adi Terzic entered the field to replace Georg Makdesie. Despite several chances from both teams, none resulted in a goal during the first 45 minutes.

However, the match took an unexpected turn when Syrianska FC had Nikola Krcmarevic sent off after 44 minutes of play. Trelleborgs FF quickly capitalized on the situation and went into halftime with positive momentum.

Just eight minutes into the second half, Trelleborgs FF’s Mattias Håkansson received a warning for a tackle. Trelleborgs FF also made a substitution, with Salif Camara Jönsson replacing Håkansson on the pitch.

In the 74th minute, the match’s first goal came when Trelleborgs FF’s Marcus Pode scored to give Trelleborgs a 1-0 lead, assisted by Kristian Haynes.

Syrianska FC made two substitutions, with Michel Termanini replacing Navid Nasseri and Mattias Mete coming on for Alejandro Megia Ascaso.

However, it was Trelleborgs FF that had the final word, with Johan Brannefalk scoring a beautiful goal in stoppage time after a pass from the goal scorer, Pode. Trelleborgs FF ultimately won the match 2-0.
