Dalkurd faced Syrianska FC on Sunday afternoon at Borlänge Energi Arena in front of a crowd of 1,515 people. The referee Johan Krantz officiated the match, with Johan Thalin and Pär Lindström as assistants.
Just nine minutes into the first half, Dalkurd opened the scoring. The goal was scored by Ahmed Awad, assisted by Richard Yarsuvat. After 18 minutes, Awad's goal was followed by a goal from Yarsuvat himself, which he scored just eight minutes later. After 41 minutes, Dalkurd celebrated again when Heradi Rashidi netted the team’s fourth goal, assisted by Ahmed Awad.
Immediately after the halftime break, Syrianska FC substituted Kevin Bisse for David Yarar. Shortly thereafter, Rickson Mansiamina was also replaced by Charbel Georges. Later in the half, Seth Hellberg was substituted in favor of Kamal Mustafa. Syrianska FC fought hard and managed to get back into the match when Georges found the net, assisted by Mustafa, in the 68th minute. Two minutes later, Mattias Mete scored a second goal for Syrianska FC.
Dalkurd attempted to make substitutions in hopes of maintaining their lead, including Richard Yarsuvat being replaced by Yukiya Sugita in the 80th minute. Dalkurd tried to keep possession of the ball as much as possible in order to hold on until the final whistle, but they received a yellow card in the 88th minute after a tackle by Rawez Lawan. The match ended with a 4-2 victory for Dalkurd.
