It was an eventful match at Påskbergsvallen when Varbergs BoIS FC faced IFK Värnamo in the Superettan. In front of an audience of 1,014 spectators, the match kicked off on Monday evening with Robert Daradic as referee and Julia Magnusson Sandkvist and Mesud Broström Kahrimanovic as assistant referees.

In the second half, not even three minutes had passed before IFK Värnamo equalized through number 9, Pär Cederquist. After that, the game intensified, and both teams received one warning each. Then Varbergs BoIS FC made two substitutions in the 58th minute.

At the 61-minute mark, Oliver Stanisic received a warning. IFK Värnamo had a chance to take the lead with a penalty, but Cederquist missed, allowing Varberg BoIS FC to stay in the match.

In the 73rd minute, it was Varbergs BoIS FC's turn to make a substitution as Oliver Stanisic scored his second goal of the match, putting the home team in the lead again. However, the joy was short-lived, as a few minutes later, Keanin Ayer received a warning and then a red card in the same minute.

With one more player on the field, IFK Värnamo equalized again in the 85th minute when Freddy Winsth scored with an assist from Abdu. The match thus ended in a draw 2-2 after an eventful evening at Påskbergsvallen.
