Östers IF dominated the match against Landskrona BoIS on Saturday afternoon at Visma Arena in Växjö. Already in the first minute, Joao Pedro Gomez da Silva scored the first goal for the home team, with an assist from Dragan Kapcevic. Kapcevic himself scored the second goal in the 40th minute, again assisted by Stefan Karlsson.

In the second half, Östers IF continued to dominate, and Simon Helg increased the lead to 3-0 with a penalty goal in the 51st minute. Carl Johansson found the net again for the home team in the 57th minute, before Kapcevic scored his second goal of the day in the 61st minute, bringing the score to 5-0.

Landskrona BoIS attempted to make some substitutions, but it was just as ineffective as everything else they did during the match. Östers IF also made some substitutions when leading 5-0, and while the play did seem somewhat worse after the substitutions, it did not affect the final result.

The match ended 5-0 in favor of Östers IF, strengthening their position in the Superettan table. The referee for the match, Adam Ladebäck, maintained a strict line, and there was very little to complain about from either side. The attendance was recorded at 1,833 people, with the home fans celebrating the loudest.
