ÖRJANS VALL - It was an intense match between Halmstad and Örgryte IS FF played on Saturday afternoon. In front of a crowd of 3,587 spectators, the away team started strong and took the lead just seven minutes in, when Ailton Jose Almeida skillfully nudged the ball past goalkeeper Robin Malmkvist. The assist came from Victor Sköld.

Halmstad tried to respond, but instead Örgryte extended their lead in the 14th minute. This time it was Sköld who found the net, assisted by Gustav Ludwigson.

After 21 minutes, Örgryte's Filip Almström Tähti received a warning. Ludwigson then contributed his second point of the day when he scored to make it 3-0 for the away team in the 38th minute.

Halmstad managed to score a consolation goal in the 73rd minute when Rasmus Wiedesheim-Paul headed in a ball that Gabriel Gudmundsson had played in front of the goal. Örgryte then substituted Victor Sköld for Joel Qviberg in the 85th minute.

The match ended 3-1 in favor of Örgryte IS FF, who picked up important points away from home. The referee for the match was Fredrik Klitte, with Niklas Alfredsson and Julian Poulsen Sosefo as assistant referees.
