Finally, Syrianska found some consolation in the 81st minute when Ammar Ahmed reduced the score to 1-5, but it was far from enough to threaten Varberg's lead. The match ended 1-5 in favor of Varbergs BoIS FC, and Syrianska had to settle for defeat in front of their home crowd at the Södertälje Football Arena.
