IF Brommapojkarna overcame Halmstad in a hard-fought match on Saturday afternoon at Grimsta IP. From there, the match was evenly contested, and neither team could make any further progress before the halftime break.

After the pause, it was IF Brommapojkarna who displayed a better game plan, and Alexander Nilsson headed in an equalizer in the 59th minute. After the goal, both teams made several substitutions in an attempt to improve their positions on the field. However, it was IF Brommapojkarna who came out on top when Dusan Jajic scored in the 79th minute, assisted by Eric Johana Omondi.

Halmstad desperately tried to find an equalizer, but their efforts were unproductive. Instead, Rasmus Wiedesheim-Paul was given the chance to come on as a final effort to save a point for Halmstad. But the match ended 2-1 in favor of IF Brommapojkarna, who took three important points in Superettan.
