In an exciting match at Påskbergsvallen, Varbergs BoIS FC took home the victory against Halmstad with a score of 1-0. In front of a crowd of 2,458 people, who despite the somewhat gray Saturday afternoon were bubbling with football fever, Astrit Selmani found the net with the only goal of the match in the 75th minute.

Varbergs BoIS FC, who led the table before the match, entered the game with a lot of confidence and put Halmstad under pressure from the start. However, it didn't take long before both teams received a yellow card (Andreas Johansson for Halmstad and Astrit Selmani for Varberg).

In the second half, there were quite a few substitutions on both sides, but it was Varberg who managed to score. After a nice pass from Perparim Beqaj, who many considered to be the magician of the match, Astrit Selmani put the ball in the net.

After that, the match continued with intensity, but despite several chances from both teams, neither was able to score again. Varbergs BoIS FC thus maintained their lead and went home with yet another important victory, while Halmstad remained in 14th place in the table. As usual, there was a fantastic atmosphere at Påskbergsvallen, and both teams provided a truly exciting match. Referee Joakim Östling and his assistant referees Anders Böwing and Andreas Svensson also did a great job.
