On Saturday evening, Degerfors IF faced Västerås SK FK at Stora Valla in an exciting Superettan match in front of an audience of 1,710. Referee Granit Maqedonci blew the whistle to start the match, and it didn't take long for Västerås to take the lead. After 20 minutes of play, Karwan Safari scored to make it 0-1, assisted by Douglas Karlberg.
