On Sunday afternoon, GAIS and Dalkurd met at Gamla Ullevi in a Superettan match in front of 2,039 spectators. The referee for the match was Fredrik Hansson, assisted by Per Rehnlund and Jonas Bäcklund.

The match began with an early warning for GAIS when Nikola Ašćerić received a yellow card in the 17th minute. Just a minute later, Dalkurd was awarded a free kick, which Besard Sabovic took advantage of, scoring the goal that gave Dalkurd a 1-0 lead.

Dalkurd continued to dominate the match, and in the 31st minute, Kerfala Cissoko scored the team's second goal with an assist from Frank Arhin. Before halftime, GAIS managed to reduce the lead to 1-2 when Leonard Pllana headed in a goal assisted by Evaldo Nascimento Lamaur Neto.

The second half continued in the same vein as the first, with Dalkurd being the superior team. In the 60th minute, Irfan Jasarevic scored the team's third goal, and just fifteen minutes later, Joseph Ceesay scored to make it 4-1 after a nice interplay with Besard Sabovic.

Before the match ended, Dalkurd added another goal, this time by Ferhad Ayaz with an assist from Joseph Ceesay, winning the match 5-1. Dalkurd had a strong team performance, and unfortunately, GAIS was unable to match the opponents' play on this day.
