It was an exciting match between Västerås SK FK and Dalkurd on Sunday afternoon at Hitachi Energy Arena. In front of a crowd of 2,293, the match started as expected – tight and with high intensity.

Dalkurd took the lead in the fourth minute when Joseph Ceesay scored after a quick attack. Västerås tried to respond immediately but struggled to create clear chances. Filip Ottosson interrupted several of Dalkurd's attacks but received a yellow card after 62 minutes.

After a while, Västerås' coach decided to make a substitution, bringing on Karwan Safari for Simon Johansson in hopes of igniting the offense. Dalkurd responded with a substitution of their own, bringing in Kerfala Cissoko for Joseph Ceesay.

With twelve minutes left in the match, Dalkurd received their second yellow card when Christopher Mc Vey was sent off. Västerås SK FK fought hard and substituted Douglas Karlberg for Petar Petrovic. Dalkurd quickly responded to the substitution by taking off Simon Alexandersson for Peshraw Azizi.

In the 95th minute, Västerås made a final attack that was enough to equalize the match. Emil Skogh came on for Dennis Persson, and in the dying minutes, the equalizer came when Douglas Karlberg headed the ball into the net after a nice pass from Filip Tronét. The score held until the final whistle, resulting in a 1-1 draw.

The match was an intense affair that was well worth watching. Even though Västerås did not always dominate play, they could only count on one point due to their hard work at the end of the match.
