On a sunny Sunday afternoon at Gavlevallen, Dalkurd faced GAIS in front of a small crowd of only 189 spectators. Referee Fredrik Hansson officiated the match, assisted by Danha Bachiri and Andreas Jansson.

The match started intensely, and already in the 16th minute, Haris Cirak from GAIS received a yellow card. However, it was Dalkurd that took the lead; Besard Sabovic scored the opening goal in the 30th minute after a fine assist from Malkolm Moenza. Just three minutes later, Ahmed Awad doubled the lead to 2-0 with an assist from Rawez Lawan.

Before halftime, Rawez Lawan also received a yellow card, and at the break, GAIS made two substitutions, while Dalkurd maintained a solid lead.

In the 52nd minute, Ahmed Awad scored his second goal of the day and Dalkurd's third, with an assist from Christopher Mc Vey. GAIS attempted to spark a revival by introducing Aiden Connor Harvey, but Dalkurd kept control of the match.

In the 80th minute, Dillan Ismail received a yellow card for Dalkurd, but that did not prevent the team from keeping a clean sheet. The match ended 3-0 in favor of Dalkurd, who claimed a convincing victory. Dalkurd's coach made several substitutions to keep the energy up, and Christoffer Styffe came on in the 88th minute.

GAIS tried until the final minute to score a consolation goal, but Dalkurd stood strong and secured three important points in the Superettan.
