It was a close contest between Akropolis IF and GIF Sundsvall when the teams met at Grimsta IP on Saturday afternoon. Despite the match being played in front of an empty stand, both teams delivered an entertaining game that ended 1 - 1.

GIF Sundsvall started strong and had several dangerous chances in the first half. However, it wasn't until the 54th minute that the opening goal came, when Paya Pichkah scored following a nice pass from Erik Andersson.

Akropolis IF tried to equalize immediately and brought on Astrit Ajdarevic and Oscar Pettersson. The latter would prove to be a blessing for the home team as he scored the equalizer in the 74th minute after a good attack.

Akropolis continued to push for a winning goal, but GIF Sundsvall held their ground and also created several dangerous opportunities toward the end of the match. Unfortunately for Akropolis, they had to finish the last minutes with one player less as Oscar Pehrsson received a red card after a tough tackle.

The match thus ended 1 - 1, meaning that both teams take away one point each. Akropolis IF remains in 13th place in the table, while GIF Sundsvall stays in 9th place.
